  So, it has been 30 min since they put me on hold, I am still waiting. They pick up the phone every 7-10 min and tell you to keep holding, not even letting you say anything in response, and drop the phone again. I am going to wait it out to see what it takes to get to speak with scheduling. I am glad I have unlimited minutes on my phone plan.
  
  UPDATE: After 43 min I was able to talk to a live person and schedule an appointment.
