  This office has a lot of communication issues which includes billing issues and being transparent about the services or codes that they are going to submit to th insurance. BEWARE OF THE OFFICE STAFF COLLECTING PAYMENT BEFORE AN ACTUAL CLAIM IS SUBMITTED TO THE INSURANCE. It took me months to get them to refund the difference. This is dishonest and it makes me wonder how often they overcharge their patients.
  
  My experience with their EFDA was awful. Do not let the EFDA do the filling. They did a filling when the nerves were already dead. I requested a follow-up appointment since I was experiencing so much pain, and they quick to blame it on an oral surgeon I saw 3 months ago and possible stress or clenching/grinding issue, and they were quick to send me away after 10 minutes of what they called a “consultation”. I had to go to a different dentist to perform a root canal which finally provided relief from the throbbing oral pain. I am still pursing this issue with the office. Sounds like a case of malpractice.
