  Dr. Gallantine recommended I consider massage as part of my maintenance program to manage lower back issues. I am glad I took his advice. Samantha, my masseuse, was great. She is professional, very competent, and explains what she is doing as she goes. She is also very attentive to assure that the pressure and stretching is not painful. I was so pleased after my first visit that I have scheduled a second massage. I’m convinced that adjustment and massage, combined with exercise and stretching, will be my plan to remain healthy and mobile.
