  Having not worked out in many years, I set out to find a place where I could get help and still see results quickly. StrongFit has been the perfect fit for me. I've been going there for just over four months now, and I can honestly say this is the best I felt and looked in a long time. Joe takes time to explain what and why we are doing what we do. This is very important to me, and it should be to you. Anyone can tell you lift this or push that, but understanding why makes all the difference in staying motivated and seeing the big picture.
  Joe is always trying to accommodate my ever changing schedule and make sure that I am getting the most out of my time and workouts.
  If you are serious about getting in shape and improving your fitness then call Joe.
